Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tutorro, an AI English tutor available at tutorro.ai, in the web app at app.tutorro.ai and in our Android and iOS apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tutorro builds personal English lessons and lets you practise with an AI tutor by text and voice. The tutor is generated by AI models: it can make mistakes, and its feedback is a learning aid, not professional, legal, medical or exam-certification advice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and say in the Service. You give us permission to store and process it, including through our AI providers, only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid plans or subscriptions in the future. If we do, prices and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, lessons and the Tutorro name and mascot, belongs to Tutorro. You may use it for personal learning only.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Tutorro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if the Service was free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Governing terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Tutorro about the Service. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
